On Thursday 28 April 2022, six schoolgirls spent a morning at Marinetech getting a taste of the everyday life of a wholesaler. The programme first included a tour of the site. On 1,300 m² of administration and 6,200 m² of logistics space, the young guests got to know the individual departments as well as a few products. Then they went deeper into the subject matter: stainless steel production and screw manufacturing were explained and illustrated. A subsequent quiz put the newly acquired knowledge to the test. For the practical part, the guests visited the self-service area, where goods were diligently blistered.
Finally, the group split up. The students went to different areas to learn more about the individual activities.
